Forestry work at Wolftrax

Posted on

Forestry Work starts at Wolftrax this week.
Remember last winter when the storms destroyed the boardwalk? Now that the summer season has ended, Forestry Commission Scotland will be starting the work the clear to area. This will mean some trail closures over the next couple of weeks. From tomorrow, the Lower Red and Orange trails will be closed to allow the machines to have a safe area to work away from riders.
The work has been planned to minimise the time that trails are closed. We hope to reopen sections in a week or two and will update everyone as soon as the trails are available again.
The upper Red and Black trails will be open and the cafe is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday over the winter from 10am.
