AGM The Laggan Forest Trust - 30th Sept 2020 at 1900 via ZOOM

Dear Members,
Further to our recent announcement by e-mail about the forthcoming AGM on 30th September at 1900, could we please ask that if you wish to attend the meeting on-line via ZOOM, you will need to pre-register. This is to keep the meeting appropriately safe and secure. We would also ask that you download the ZOOM software to your computer or mobile device prior to attending to make it easier for you to join the meeting.
To register for the meeting on-line, please reply to business@lagganforest.com by 28th September indicating “I wish to register to attend the AGM”. If you have already done this, there is no need to send us another e-mail.
As we are using the Laggan Community Council’s ZOOM account for this AGM, you will receive an e-mail from them asking you to pre-register. Log-in details for the meeting on Wednesday 30th September 2020 will be sent that day.
If you are unable to attend and also have your apologies noted, please send the following message to business@lagganforest.com
“I/we am/are unable to attend this year’s AGM. Please note my/our apologies. I/we appoint the chair as my/our proxy to vote at the meeting on the resolutions tabled”.
Sending your PROXY vote records your “attendance" at the meeting and contributes to ensuring that the meeting is quorate.
